Office Relocation

We were instructed to manage the office relocation of a global recruitment platform business based in London. The growing business required more space so we helped with planning the interiors, planning the move and implementing the physical office move from the old location to the new location. To minimise impact to the organisations business as usual procedures, Hereward implemented the office move from a Friday evening and completed it over the weekend. This allowed the organisation to begin in their brand new office on the Monday morning.

HR Project Management

Our services were demanded to improve the onboarding process for teams within this fast growing business. With the organisation experiencing rapid expansion it was discovered that current processes were not set-up to deal with this.

Our team led the project to stock take current processes, identify improvements and then implement this change via consultation with department heads and directors.
